Return Policy

If your ZAAINA product(s) are not perfect for your skin you may send them back to us within 30 days from your ship date for a full refund or an ZAAINA gift card (excluding original shipping cost if any). There will be a $5 fee deducted from the refund to cover any US shipping labels in the event that the order needs to be shipped back to our fulfillment center. If a promotional code was used at the time of purchase, the refund or gift card will include the prorated amount of each discounted item requesting to be returned.
